Frequently asked questions

1. How do I subscribe?

You can subscribe for Fresh Daily’s service online (click here to subscribe). All orders submitted before 3pm gets processed by the next day. We can start delivering tomorrow!

 

2. Can I choose the types of food I want?

We offer 3 meals to choose from everyday – two eastern and one western dish. You can go to the menu page to choose.

 

3. Do I need to heat the food?

Fresh Daily meals are cooked meals that have been cooled and refrigerated to maintain freshness. For majority of the dishes, we recommend heating up via cookware or microwave. The boxes are made for microwave heating, please open the cover slightly to allow steam to escape. Heat in the microwave twice in medium-high heat for 2 minutes each cycle.

 

4. I have subscribed to Fresh Daily, can I pause or change my plan?

If your meal plan is 10 days or 21 days, we allow for temporary delivery pause. Please notify us by email before 3pm the day before, so we don’t end up wasting food.

 

5. I would like to subscribe, what payment methods do you accept?

We accept ATM transfer, cash on delivery, payment at 7-11, and credit card payment (VISA & MasterCard).

 

6. Where do you deliver?

For Taipei City, we currently deliver to Daan, Wenshan, Zhongshan, Datong, Neihu, Nangang, Zhongzhen, Wanhua, Xinyi, Songshan, Shilin, Beitou district. For New Taipei City, we currently deliver to parts of Xindian, Zhonghe, Yonghe, and Sanchong district. If you live in a district not listed above, please contact us for more detail!

 

7. Can I have a designated delivery time?

In order for us to optimize delivery routes, we currently do not offer designated delivery time. However, we do make sure that all meals will arrive before noon in time for lunch. If you have a specific request, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate.

8. Can I change the delivery address?

Yes, just email us at info@freshdaily.com.tw and we will be able to change the address for you.
